To finish the building, surroundings and utilize the lake; to construct the platforms and a small bridge onto the island; to buy boats, kayaks and bicycles etc; to construct a small structure on the island.

To manage the building: finish the construction & utilize according to the concept (rooms, apartments, studios, cellars, sauna, fitness club etc...), access from the lake & potential accommodation for an administrator/ manager.



1. Present the concept for utilize of the obiect with an adequate business plan,
2. Participation in part of costs on agreed conditions (and adequate insurance),
3. Common management or tenancy and future developments.
