The infrastructure is in place (ie. water and electricity) and the ground floor of the building is completed. It is 800m from the main road, but ground road to the place is quiet good.



Strenths: wonderful surroundings situated within the forests and lakes, far away from any industry, very clean and quiet, the building can be constructed according to any owner's concept, (excellent labour at a minimum cost).

Weaknesses: location 800m from asphalt road, investment needs, advertising of Brodnicki Landscape Park is a must.
