Over 80,000 sqm2 located in the center of Brodnicki Landscape Park in the Brodnica Lake Region about 25 km west of Brodnica and 450m away from Lake Sosno with a surface area about 3,200,000 sqm2. The ground is hilly with its' own 20,000 sqm2 forest and lake (named by the owner Iwonka) with a surface area of approx. 20,000 sqm2 including a wonderful island (1200sqm2).

The water in the lake Iwonka is crystal clear with a rich variety of fish and the local wild fauna is outstanding. The 1000sqm pond is included to the place. The whole Region is regulated & protected by special law against any environment contamination.



Located on a small hill, on the opposite side of the lake is a 3 storey building (550sqm2) with the potential to house 20+ persons. It also has a cellar of approx. 240sqm2. The terrace looks out over the lake. The building & its surroundings can be used for a multitude of activities (ie. fishing, bird watching, water sports etc... ) or as a peaceful environment for health purposes.
